The word "blog" is stupid and I hate it. I've hated it since the first incarnation of this site started in May 2000.

defectivejunk is a website about nothing in particular. I don't have a mission, other than trying to become a writer for real.

"Bloggers" that think having some grand mission statement and scheme in mind is awesome are lame. That's a terrible English sentence, but that's how I roll. Also I'm sick of the phrase "that's how I roll" but there's no funnier equivalent yet, and that's where the beef is.
